3. You should be on the Burlington NC USA Chess Club
4. Click on join team
5. Solve the mate in 1 puzzle

1. Click community->teams->my teams->Burlington NC USA ... to get the list of members.
2. Hover the mouse pointer over a name to see info about the person. At the bottom of the popup are 4 clickable buttons.
3. Hover over them to see what they do. The crossed swords is for initiating a challenge.

There are two ways:

1. Via the club page or any page that has a username on it.
   
   • Go to the club page per above instructions.
   • Hover over the person you wish to send a message.
   • The second icon from the left at the bottom is an elipse. Click it to bring up a chat window.
2. Via your friends list.
   • The list of friends that are currently online is a the bottom right of your screen.
   • If there is an old style looking TV icon next to them they are in a game.
   • Click on the username to get a chat page session with them - this will leave the current page you are on. Don't do it while in a game.

Yes, Charles uses a multi window setup.

1. Left click your username in top right. Middle click inbox to create a new browser window for chat and messages. Size it small and move it to lower left of your screen.
2. Left click community then teams. Middle click Burlington NC USA ... Size it small and put the list of club members in view. Put it in upper left of your screen.
3. Make the main window (for games ...) cover the entire height and most of the width.
